Conor is the driving force and founder of Calibre Charter. Often described as "obsessed," his depth of maritime knowledge is matched only by his passion for the sea. Having spent dozens of weeks chartering diverse vessels across the Mediterranean and Caribbean, Conor identified a consistent flaw in the industry: most brokers treat the yacht as the final goal, rather than a tool to facilitate an experience.
To Conor, a yacht charter without the right focus is like a cup of tea made with cold water—it might look right, but it feels fundamentally wrong. He founded Calibre to shift the focus back to the "yachting experience," hand-picking the moments that matter and perfecting them to curate a truly different calibre of charter.
